With a powerful line-up,Ms. Jeannie Pelonio, Gia Mordeno, Keannu Yu, Corpus Christi School was able to join the top 20 schools to compete at this year's National Philippine Science Olympiad competition. The regional competition was held last September 4, 2010 at the CCS Grade School AVR. This was participated by the different schools in the region such as Liceo de Cagayan, XUHS, MUST, Phil. Sci, and many more. With the blessings of God and enough training, the high school contestants were able to place 2nd in the region. We ranked first in the city. The contest covered the major fields of science namely Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Computer Science. The competitors trained for at most 3 weeks lasting for about 2-3 hours per day. This was tiresome for the competitors but they were determined to give their best. Credits are also given to the school's head coach, Ms. Tere Togonon, for guiding our contestants all the way.

Currently they are preparing for the National Finals scheduled on September 25,2010 at UP Diliman. Together, let us pray for and support our contestants. Ride High CCS!
